This notice describes the information collected through this Watchmen Construction website.

Information you provide

When you send a project inquiry, we receive your name, phone number, property address, property type, urgency, selected concerns, optional project details, email and company, contact preferences, optional building/access details, and campaign or team-reference information. Please do not include payment information, identity documents, insurance policy numbers, or other sensitive documents in the form.

How it is used

We use your inquiry to respond, discuss the property or project, and coordinate next steps. Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Website and form services

The website and inquiry form use Netlify for hosting and submission processing. The form also sends your inquiry to our JobTread customer-management system to coordinate your request. Its embedded form service processes technical request information for delivery and spam prevention. A copy is retained in Netlify for office follow-up. Optional text consent applies to this inquiry; it is not a marketing subscription. Netlify may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and security logs to operate and protect its services. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party, cookieless measurement for page views, contact-button taps, form starts, submission receipts and errors, and CRM delivery outcomes. These event records contain the page path and campaign labels, not your form answers, IP address, or a persistent visitor identifier. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement. Session storage also holds a random request reference after submission, without your form answers. It preserves campaign information while you browse so your inquiry can be attributed to its source. Hosting and security services may separately process technical request data. We do not use advertising pixels.

Questions and requests

For questions about information you have submitted, or to request correction or deletion, email admin@watchmenconstruction.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant inquiry. Records may need to be retained for an ongoing project or a legal obligation.

Changes to this notice

If the website’s forms or services change, this notice should be updated to reflect those changes.
