Is Watchmen Construction based in Florida?
Yes. We’re based in Florida and serve Pensacola, Greater Tampa, Sarasota, and Naples.
Are the inspection and written report free?
Yes. The roof inspection and written condition report are free. We confirm safe access, scope, and availability before scheduling. Repair work, specialist testing, and engineering are separate.
What if my roof does not need work?
If no damage is observed in the areas inspected, we document that finding and any inspection limits. We explain the findings before recommending work.
When will I receive my report?
We confirm report timing when we arrange the inspection. Access, roof size, and further investigation can affect delivery.
Do you offer residential HVAC as well as commercial HVAC?
Yes. We offer HVAC for homes and businesses, including equipment options from Ruud and Daikin. Tell us your location and what you need so we can confirm scope and availability.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. With your permission, we share inspection photos, document observed damage, and explain our construction estimate for the proposed repairs. Your insurer determines coverage. We do not negotiate or settle insurance claims.
