As a licensed General, Roofing, and Mechanical Contractor in Florida—with NASCLA credentials enabling multi-state operations—he has successfully founded and scaled multiple companies, including Watchmen Construction Group.
Jonathon has managed more than $50 million in project portfolios and led teams of over 100 employees, driving results through disciplined P&L oversight, market expansion, and strategic leadership. His career reflects a consistent commitment to quality, integrity, and building lasting client relationships that fuel long-term success.
